Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (soft and sweet)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs (optional – oregano or basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  2. Toss together the shredded cheddar and mozzarella in a mixing bowl. Add garlic powder and dried herbs if desired, then pile the mixture between the sliced rolls.
  3. Spread the softened butter over the tops of the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.

Notes

Allow the butter to soften naturally for better spreading. Experiment with different cheese combinations for variety.
