- 12 Hawaiian rolls (soft and sweet)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Dried Herbs (optional – oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Toss together the shredded cheddar and mozzarella in a mixing bowl. Add garlic powder and dried herbs if desired, then pile the mixture between the sliced rolls.
- Spread the softened butter over the tops of the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
Notes
Allow the butter to soften naturally for better spreading. Experiment with different cheese combinations for variety.
