- 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Jalapenos, chopped (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center.
- Fold the corners of the wrapper over the filling, roll it away from you while tucking the bottom corner in, and moisten edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the egg rolls until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Adjust jalapeno quantity for spice levels; use whole wheat wrappers for a healthier option.
