- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme (optional)
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin pan by lightly greasing it.
- Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk in a large bowl. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix thoroughly using your hands to create a cohesive mixture.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl, then spoon the glaze over each muffin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Notes
Allow muffins to rest for a few minutes after baking for easier removal. Great for meal prep or leftovers.
