  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (or honey)
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard (Dijon or yellow)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk in a large bowl. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix thoroughly using your hands to create a cohesive mixture.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl, then spoon the glaze over each muffin.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
