Description

A creamy dessert made with layers of fresh mangoes, fluffy cream, and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
  2. Layer graham crackers in a dish, optionally dipping in milk. Spread the creamy mixture over them and layer sliced mangoes on top.
  3. Chill the assembled float in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
