- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening graham crackers)
Instructions
- Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a dish, optionally dipping in milk. Spread the creamy mixture over them and layer sliced mangoes on top.
- Chill the assembled float in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill all ingredients before use. Customize with seasonal fruits as desired.
