Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
- Slice the sautéed chicken and return to the skillet, stirring to combine with the noodles. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
