  • 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large deep skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and milk, stirring to combine. Then add the pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk or broth if needed.
