- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, chives)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Layer torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over croissant pieces.
- Sprinkle in cheese, meat (if using), and herbs. Gently mix to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
