  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup diced cooked beef, turkey bacon, or chicken strips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, chives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Layer torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish.
