  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour in one dish, whisked eggs in another, and a mix of Parmesan and breadcrumbs in the third.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the eggs, and then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
