- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up your breading station with flour in one dish, whisked eggs in another, and a mix of Parmesan and breadcrumbs in the third.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the eggs, and then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the skillet, sauté minced garlic in the remaining oil, then add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
