Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 can (15 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
2. Spread the chopped pecans evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pecans.
4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the cake mix, covering it as evenly as possible.
5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
6. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
