  • 1 pint (300g) cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups (200g) fresh mozzarella, diced or torn
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional), minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
