Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface, aiming for about a quarter-inch thickness.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge and pinch the seam to seal. Slice into individual rolls, about 1- to 2-inch thick.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
