Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, and stir in cooked sausage, cheese, and any optional ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
