A quick and easy morning delight filled with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled (or substitute with chicken sausage or turkey sausage)
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional, try a blend of cheddar and mozzarella for extra gooeyness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Crumble the cooked sausage and mix it with the eggs. If using cheese, add it in.
  3. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle and roll it up tightly. Place the roll-ups seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
