- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled (or substitute with chicken sausage or turkey sausage)
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- Shredded cheese (optional, try a blend of cheddar and mozzarella for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Crumble the cooked sausage and mix it with the eggs. If using cheese, add it in.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle and roll it up tightly. Place the roll-ups seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
