- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Brush this mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
