  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Brush this mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
