- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, red and green bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm with tortillas on the side.
