- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into small pieces)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: cube the beef, chop the onion, and halve the baby potatoes.
- Combine the cubed beef, minced garlic, and chopped onion in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the halved baby potatoes on top, covering the beef. Dot with butter pieces.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Once done, stir the mixture gently and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, try finishing with fresh herbs like parsley or chives. Adjust cooking times if substituting beef with chicken or another meat.
