- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed and drained spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Incorporate gently.
- Give the mixture a good stir, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once hot and bubbly, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
