- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, combining with vegetable oil, eggs, and water.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the greased pan.
- Spread the cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreos over the cookie dough layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For fudgy brownies, do not overmix the batter and use the toothpick test for doneness.
