Instructions
- Prepare the quesadilla filling by heating a large skillet, seasoning the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and mixing well.
- Cook the beef in the skillet, pressing it onto one half of each tortilla for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Build the quesadilla by flipping the tortilla, adding cheese, and folding it in half to encase the filling.
- Grill both sides for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden with melted cheese.
- Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite toppings or dipping sauce.
