Ingredients

- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to season)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving
Instructions
- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then press a handful of seasoned beef onto one half of each tortilla. Cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla with the beef side down, add cheese, fold in half, and grill until crispy and cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot with optional toppings.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with turkey or plant-based meat. Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas as needed.
