Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) smoked tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
A few dashes of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Drain and flake the smoked tuna in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
3. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, and Creole seasoning.
4. Stir in chopped celery and onions, then garnish with parsley.
5. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños or extra hot sauce.
For a healthier alternative, swap sour cream and mayo for Greek yogurt.
