- ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes while scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in the sour cream and let it bubble for about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, top with shredded Jack cheese, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and paprika before serving.
