  • 4 cups water
  • 4 large garlic bread loaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce (your favorite brand or homemade!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring the water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente (about 9-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the tops off the garlic bread loaves and hollow out the insides, leaving about an inch of bread around the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with the pasta sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  4. Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread edges are crispy and golden brown. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
