- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup steamed white rice
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables: wash and chop the broccoli, slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic. Heat for 30 seconds, then add ground beef and sauté until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; let simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve by placing steamed rice in bowls and topping with beef and veggies. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
