  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
  3. Mix salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over the potatoes, stir to coat, then add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with cilantro before serving.
