Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour and baking powder, add to butter mixture alternating with milk.
- Add green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
- Distribute batter into liners filling two-thirds full, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool cupcakes in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For frosting, beat softened butter, add powdered sugar gradually, then milk and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
- If desired, add green food coloring to frosting for a vibrant color.
- Frost each cupcake and decorate with sprinkles, chocolate chips, marshmallows, rainbow candy, gold chocolate coins, and gummy bears.
