Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Slice the steak, peel and devein shrimp, and chop vegetables.
- In a skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque (2-3 minutes), then stir in garlic and ginger for a minute.
