- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon slices (for garnish)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on top of each fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
