Description

A simple and delicious baked salmon recipe inspired by Texas Roadhouse, packed with flavor and rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the salmon to avoid dryness. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
