- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, and soy sauce. Mix gently and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the meatballs on it, and arrange the broccoli florets around them.
- In a separate bowl, mix hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Brush over meatballs and broccoli.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are golden brown and broccoli is tender.
Notes
Don’t skip the broccoli for added nutrition. Optional to experiment with sauces for personal taste.
