Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, and soy sauce. Mix gently and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the meatballs on it, and arrange the broccoli florets around them.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Brush over meatballs and broccoli.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are golden brown and broccoli is tender.

Notes
