- 4 cups sliced apples (about 4–5 medium apples)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar or stevia
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the apples and toss them in a bowl with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
- Spread the apple mixture into a baking dish.
- Mix together almond flour, rolled oats, remaining coconut sugar, salt, and melted coconut oil to form a crumbly topping.
- Sprinkle the topping over the apples evenly.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Choose a mix of apple varieties for depth of flavor. Can be served with ice cream or coconut cream.
