  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the apples and toss them in a bowl with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
  2. Spread the apple mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Mix together almond flour, rolled oats, remaining coconut sugar, salt, and melted coconut oil to form a crumbly topping.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the apples evenly.
