Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently combine until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
