  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package frozen tater tots (about 32 ounces)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or a dairy alternative)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic, onion, and black pepper in a large bowl.
