- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable Fixings:
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Wrap Base:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8-10″ in diameter)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Make the Dressing: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave. Layer each with 2 lettuce leaves, sliced chicken, cucumber slices, tomato halves, and 2 tablespoons of dressing. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
