Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from the potato rounds.
- Toss the heart-shaped potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Stir to coat evenly.
- Place the heart-shaped potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or cheese during the cooking process. Leftover scraps can also be seasoned and roasted.
