Instructions

- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually mix into the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fill cupcake liners about ⅔ full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Frost with pink frosting and top with sprinkles.
