Vampire Donuts are a spooky Halloween dessert made with soft chocolate donuts, dipped in chocolate and red icing, and finished with edible eyes for a fun vampire look. Perfect for parties, family nights, or festive gatherings!
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red icing
Chocolate icing
Edible eyes
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
2. Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
5. Pour batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Allow donuts to cool completely.
8. Dip half of each donut in chocolate icing and the other half in red icing.
9. Decorate with edible eyes for a vampire look.
10. Serve and enjoy!
