Ingredients
Chicken breast, 1.5 lbs
Paprika (smoked), 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1/2 tsp
Honey, 2 tbsp
BBQ sauce (non-alcoholic), 1 cup
Flour (all-purpose), 1/2 cup
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes
In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
Coat chicken pieces with dry rub
Dip chicken in flour, shaking off excess
Place in air fryer in single layer
Cook 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway
Mix honey and BBQ sauce in a small bowl
Brush glaze over chicken and air fry 2-3 minutes until sticky and golden
