Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.

You can customize this dish by adding vegetables like peas or using different spices for added flavor.
