Ingredients

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli chicken (or chicken thigh roast)
  • 1/4 pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of kosher salt (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the creamy slider spread by mixing mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the buns under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Layer the Dijon-mayo mixture on the bottom half of the toasted rolls, followed by cheddar cheese, chicken, and Swiss cheese.
  5. Spread the remaining Dijon-mayo mixture on the top half of the buns and place them on top.
  6. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and salt, then pour over assembled sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Slice into individual servings and serve hot.
