- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli chicken (or chicken thigh roast)
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1–1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of kosher salt (if needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the creamy slider spread by mixing mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
- Toast the buns under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Layer the Dijon-mayo mixture on the bottom half of the toasted rolls, followed by cheddar cheese, chicken, and Swiss cheese.
- Spread the remaining Dijon-mayo mixture on the top half of the buns and place them on top.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and salt, then pour over assembled sliders.
- Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice into individual servings and serve hot.
