Ingredients
12 oz macaroni pasta
4 oz BBQ turkey bacon, crumbled
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion rings, smoky BBQ style
1 tbsp garlic, crispy shards
1/2 cup rye breadcrumbs, toasted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup tomato-based BBQ sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain
Sauté onion rings in olive oil until golden, set aside
In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, milk, cheddar cheese, cumin, and smoked paprika until sauce forms
Mix in mozzarella, provolone, and crumbled turkey bacon
Transfer to a greased casserole dish
