Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; drizzle with olive oil.
