- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 8 slices of beef bacon (or turkey bacon, chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and cook the beef bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Grease a baking dish and layer the frozen hash browns, cooked bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving with optional green onions.
