- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey, and a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, lightly mashing some for color.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4–6 hours).
Notes
These oats can be made in batches and customized with different fruits and toppings. Store in the fridge for up to five days.
