- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until well blended.
- Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the taquitos seam-side down until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the taquitos at 400°F for 15-20 minutes after spritzing with cooking spray.
