Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 12 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, season, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and Alfredo sauce until creamy.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta until evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Cajun seasoning if desired.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to personal taste. You can make it vegetarian by using plant-based meat or mushrooms. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days in the fridge.
