A comforting dish that combines creamy Alfredo sauce with Cajun spices and hearty ground beef, served over bowtie pasta.

- 8 oz. bowtie pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground beef, season, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese and Alfredo sauce until creamy.
- Toss in cooked pasta until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to personal taste. You can make it vegetarian by using plant-based meat or mushrooms. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days in the fridge.
