- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey and Cajun seasoning until syrupy.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon skin side down, cooking for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and pour the Cajun honey glaze over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
