  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon gently into the cream cheese batter. Pour over the crust, drizzle with caramel sauce, and swirl it through the batter.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes
