Instructions

- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it with melted butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix, cover with more batter, and flip when bubbles form. Cook until golden.
- Keep pancakes warm while cooking the remaining batter.
