Description
Deliciously crispy banana chips coated in cinnamon and sugar, made easily in an air fryer for a comforting snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the ripe bananas thinly into rounds, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Arrange banana slices in a single layer and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove and cool for a few minutes to let them crisp up further before enjoying.
Notes
For best results, slice bananas evenly and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Customize sweetness and spice levels to your preference.
