Ingredients

  • 1 can creamy mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk (or substitute with broth)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans
  • 1 1/3 cups French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked green beans and 2/3 cup of fried onions, gently folding until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or air fry for 15 minutes.
  5. In the last few minutes, sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it rest before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more fried onions on top or toss in some crushed crackers or breadcrumbs for added texture.
